Returns & Refunds Policy

At Maybelle Cookies, we want you to be delighted with every order.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of food items once they have been delivered.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ishan@maybellecookies.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of any damaged products or packaging

We will review your claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at ishan@maybellecookies.com and we will investigate with the delivery provider.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at ishan@maybellecookies.com.
